1. Account and workspace requests
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Webinku account to hello@webinku.com. Use the subject “Webinku data deletion request” and include the workspace name. Do not send passwords, Meta access tokens, or other secret credentials.
2. Identity and authority verification
We may ask you to sign in, confirm your email address, or prove that you are authorized to act for the workspace. This protects businesses and their customers from unauthorized deletion requests.
3. Customer conversation requests
If you contacted a business through WhatsApp or another connected channel, contact that business first because it normally controls the conversation data. The business may ask Webinku to assist with a verified request where appropriate.
4. What happens next
After verification, we will confirm the request, explain any information that must be retained for security, billing, dispute, or legal reasons, and delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems. Limited backup and security records may remain until their normal retention period ends.
5. Connected providers
Deleting Webinku data does not automatically delete a Meta, WhatsApp, Supabase, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stripe, or other provider account. Disconnect the integration in Webinku and use the provider’s own account controls for data it independently controls.
6. Privacy questions
Read the Privacy Policy for more information about collection, use, retention, and your choices.
