1. The short version
Webinku Agents sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tag managers, session recording, heatmaps, or external web fonts. The only cookies we set are the ones needed to sign you in and keep your account secure, which is why this site does not ask you to accept cookies: there is nothing optional to accept.
2. Cookies we set
- Session cookie (name begins
sb-): keeps you signed in to the dashboard and lets our server verify each request. Set when you sign in, refreshed while you browse, removed when you sign out. Strictly necessary. - Password-reset cookie (
webinku_recovery_intent): proves that you arrived from a valid password-reset email before the new-password form is shown. It is signed, unreadable to scripts, limited to the reset page, and expires after 15 minutes. Strictly necessary for security.
We set no other cookies. Clearing these cookies signs you out; the service cannot work without them.
3. Preferences stored in your browser
- Theme (
webinku-theme) and language (webinku-locale): your light or dark choice and your English or Arabic choice. Stored in your browser's local storage, never sent to our servers, and never used to identify you.
4. Meta's script on the WhatsApp connection screen
One third-party script exists in the product: Meta's JavaScript SDK, loaded from connect.facebook.net. It runs only inside the signed-in dashboard on the Channels screen, whose purpose is connecting your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's own sign-up window. Meta may set its own cookies and identifiers when that screen loads, under Meta's privacy policy, which we do not control. The script is not present on the public website, the sign-in page, or any other dashboard screen. If you never open the Channels screen, it never loads.
5. Cookies set by others
Conversations happen inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. When paid checkout becomes available, the payment provider's hosted pages will set their own cookies on their own pages. Webinku does not place cookies on WhatsApp or on a provider's checkout page.
6. Controlling cookies
Browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies and local storage per site. Blocking our session cookie prevents sign-in. Because we use no optional cookies, there is no consent banner and no tracking to switch off. Your browser's “Do Not Track” or global privacy signals are respected by default, since we do not track you in the first place.
7. If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will ask for your consent before it runs, offer a way to refuse it that is as easy as accepting, and update this page and the Privacy Policy first. Questions: hello@webinku.com.
