1. Where things stand today
Paid checkout is not active yet. Nobody is charged during the 14-day free trial, no card is required to start, and a trial never converts into a paid subscription by itself. This policy takes effect for every payment made once checkout opens, and it is part of the Terms of Service.
2. Your 14-day money-back period
If the first payment for your workspace does not work out, tell us within 14 days of that payment and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the method you paid with, and we ask the payment provider to issue it within 14 days of agreeing the refund; how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer.
The 14-day money-back period applies once per workspace, to the first paid invoice, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing.
3. After the first 14 days
- You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
- Your agents keep working until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not cut off access immediately.
- We do not refund unused time on a monthly or yearly plan after the 14-day period, unless section 4 applies or the law where you live requires it.
- Your configuration and data remain available for you to export until the workspace is deleted. Deletion is your decision, from Account Center, with a 7-day grace period.
4. When we refund beyond the 14 days
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: refunded in full, as soon as we confirm it.
- A paid feature was unavailable for a long stretch because of a fault on our side: we refund a fair share of the period affected.
- We end your subscription for a reason that is not your breach of the Terms: we refund the unused part of the period.
- The law requires it in your country: the law wins over this policy.
5. What we cannot refund
- Meta's charges. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly for its messaging fees. That money never passes through Webinku, so we cannot refund it. Check your Meta billing settings to control it.
- Other services you buy yourself, such as a phone number, a domain, or a provider account in your own name.
- Periods where the subscription was terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or a serious breach of the Terms.
6. How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email hello@webinku.com from the address on the account, or use the cancellation controls in Plans & billing once the hosted billing portal is live. We reply within 3 business days. We will not ask you to call, to complete a retention conversation, or to give a reason before we cancel.
7. Prices, tax, and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes that may apply where you are. When checkout opens, the payment provider shows the final amount, including any tax it must collect, before you confirm. Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged in; currency conversion differences applied by your bank are outside our control.
8. Questions and disputes
If you disagree with a decision under this policy, reply to our email and ask for it to be reviewed. Contact us before opening a chargeback, since a chargeback suspends the account while the provider investigates. Your statutory rights, including any withdrawal right under Kuwaiti consumer and digital-commerce law, are not affected by this policy.
